Baxter’s is a contemporary men’s and women’s apparel and lifestyle boutique opening in Rye, NY. We are building a relationship-driven retail environment grounded in elevated service, strong operational standards, and meaningful community presence.

The Store Manager will lead all aspects of daily store operations, including team leadership, client experience, sales performance, merchandising standards, and operational execution. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable on the selling floor, accountable for results, and committed to maintaining a highly professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a client-focused sales team
• Drive sales performance, conversion, and client retention
• Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Manage scheduling, payroll oversight, and operational processes
• Foster strong community relationships and repeat business
• Partner with ownership on performance goals and execution priorities

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience
• Strong background in relationship-based selling
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance and develop talent
• Detail-oriented and operationally disciplined
• Professional presence and communication skills

Compensation range: $75,000–$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
