JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Associate / Stylist – Baxter’s in Rye

The Sales Associate / Stylist is responsible for delivering a personalized, client-focused selling experience while maintaining strong visual and operational standards throughout the store. This is a hands-on role within a boutique environment serving both men’s and women’s clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver elevated, relationship-driven customer service
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Support floor organization, replenishment, and store cleanliness
• Accurately execute transactions and follow operational procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Compensation:

$Minimum Wage – $22 per hour, commensurate with experience.
