Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are looking for a skilled and caring Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our pediatric therapy team. The PTA will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide treatment that helps children improve strength, mobility, coordination, and overall functional abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy activities and exercises as directed by the PT.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and team members to support therapy goals.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and engaging therapy environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA licensure in the state of Alabama (or eligibility to obtain).
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
