In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on assessments, treatment planning, and care coordination
- Ensure participant safety and uphold trauma-informed practices
- Foster supportive, professional relationships with participants, families, referents, and community partners
- Demonstrate ongoing curiosity, learning, and professional development
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
- Conduct mental health assessments, evaluations, and observe physical health indicators
- Provide weekly individual counseling and track client progress
- Facilitate assigned group therapy sessions with strong engagement and guidance
- Develop depth-rich curriculum for assigned groups
- Motivate participants through early recovery challenges and build therapeutic rapport
Team Collaboration
- Participate in weekly case review meetings
- Coordinate aftercare plans in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide crisis management as needed
- Offer occasional in-house training to clinical staff
Professional Development
- Attend external trainings, professional development opportunities, and periodic conferences
