• Safely operate and maintain specialized equipment, including chainsaws, climbing gear, and aerial lifts.
• Identify tree species, assess tree health, and apply proper pruning standards on every job site.
• Promote and follow strict safety protocols during all operations, including storm damage response.
• Work closely with your crew and communicate clearly with clients on site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in professional tree climbing, rigging, and tree care operations.
• Strong hands-on skill with chainsaws, bucket trucks, and climbing tools.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
