JOB SUMMARY: As a Tree Care Specialist, you are the leader on the ground and in the trees. You will run daily job sites, keep your crew safe, and make sure every job gets done right.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead daily crew operations with a strong focus on safety and high-quality work.
• Run quick weekly safety meetings and check job sites before work starts.
• Perform tree trimming, removals, rigging, and proper pruning techniques.
• Operate and care for gear, chainsaws, aerial lifts, and company trucks.
• Use simple phone apps to log your crew's hours, submit reports, and snap job photos.
• Talk with customers on site and keep management updated on any job needs.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Hands-on experience with tree trimming, removals, and running heavy gear.
• Good leadership skills—someone who can motivate a crew and lead by example.
• Focus on safety, reliability, and taking pride in your work.
• Basic comfort using phone apps for daily check-ins and time tracking.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Certified Arborist (preferred, or we will help you get it within 1 year).
• TCIA Safety Certifications (preferred, or we will help you get it within 1 year).
