  • We’re searching for a driven, energetic Sales Arborist to join our thriving team! If you're passionate about tree care, excel at building relationships, and have a proven ability to generate leads and close sales, we want you. Responsibilities:


  • Prepare detailed, professional tree care proposals utilizing company software and integrated GPS mapping to clearly outline client properties and service specifications.
  • Establishes, cultivates, and maintains trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develops value-driven solutions tailored to client needs, while effectively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets for General Tree Care and Tree Health Care services.
  • Consistently tracks and updates sales activities daily using the company's CRM platform.
  • Manages marketing initiatives, customer service activities, and additional administrative responsibilities outside of direct sales.
  • Actively monitors market trends and competitor activities to deliver accurate and insightful sales forecasts.
  • Collaborates closely with Urban Forest Managers and Production Teams, conducting periodic on-site visits during project execution to verify quality standards and confirm that client expectations and contract specifications are consistently achieved.
  • Works with Leadership to set quarterly and annual sales goals. Prepares and presents sales reports during company meetings, identifies areas for improvement, and creates plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Attends events as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or other industry related field preferred, but not required
  • Arborist certification preferred, required within a year.
