JOB OVERVIEW: Join The Arbor Group LLC as a Ground Operations Specialist and build a strong career in commercial tree care. You will keep our job sites running safely and efficiently by supporting our climbing crew, operating equipment, and keeping work areas clear.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist skilled climbers on site and manage daily debris collection.
• Operate chippers, chainsaws, hand tools, and work trucks safely.
• Control traffic around work zones using safety equipment to protect the crew and public.
• Ensure complete job site cleanup and deliver great service to clients.
• Participate in ongoing paid training to build your tree care skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Strong focus on safety protocols and job site awareness.
