This role is responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing intelligent workflow automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business scalability. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a passion for automation, Artificial Intelligence and process optimization, capable of building reliable workflows that streamline operations across multiple business functions.

The Anything Group LLC is a full-service digital, marketing, software development and provision, branding, website development and reputation agency, with a full in-house production and filming studio. TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain intelligent workflow automations using no-code and low-code platforms such as n8n, Make.com and similar technologies.
• Develop AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency, eliminate repetitive tasks and support business growth.
• Integrate third-party applications, APIs and databases to create scalable automation systems.
• Implement AI agents and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations using platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar technologies.
• Leverage community-built templates and reusable workflows to accelerate implementation while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate internal processes, SOPs, reporting, lead generation and business operations.
• Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize automations for reliability, scalability and security.
• Document automation processes, technical workflows and implementation best practices.
• Research and evaluate emerging automation platforms, AI technologies and integration opportunities.
• Recommend automation strategies that improve productivity, reduce manual work and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying new automation opportunities across different business functions.
• Ensure data integrity, governance and operational consistency across automated systems.

Personal & Professional Skills

• Have 2+ years of experience designing workflow automations or business process automation solutions.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com or Zapier.
• Possess experience integrating APIs, webhooks and cloud-based applications.
• Have experience working with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of workflow design, business processes and systems thinking.
• Be familiar with databases such as Supabase, Airtable or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
• Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Be proactive, self-driven and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience working with SaaS companies, startups or digital agencies is considered an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python or API authentication is considered a plus.

Working conditions & Benefits

• Full-time, working from 9am – 5pm PST Monday to Friday.
