The Anything Group LLC is a full-service digital, marketing, software development and provision, branding, website development and reputation agency, with a full in-house production and filming studio. TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds.
Mission & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive editorial calendars across all social media platforms.
- Plan content campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives, product launches, business priorities and seasonal opportunities.
- Coordinate publishing schedules with Content Creators, Graphic Designers, Community Managers and Marketing teams.
- Ensure every content initiative supports a defined business objective and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Identify content opportunities based on industry trends, seasonal events, audience behavior and market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize campaigns and integrate business initiatives into the content calendar.
- Monitor production timelines and proactively resolve scheduling bottlenecks or approval delays.
- Maintain consistency in content planning, publishing cadence and brand messaging across all channels.
- Support campaign planning by organizing deliverables, deadlines and creative requirements.
- Track content calendar performance and recommend improvements to optimize planning efficiency.
- Research emerging social media trends, platform updates and content formats to continuously improve editorial planning.
- Ensure all planned content aligns with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
Personal & Professional skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Have 2+ years of experience in Social Media Planning, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related role.
- Demonstrate experience managing editorial calendars and coordinating cross-functional content initiatives.
- Possess strong organizational and project management skills.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking with the ability to connect content initiatives to business objectives.
- Possess excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Be highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Have experience using content planning, scheduling or project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello or Notion.
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms such as Later, Sprout Social, Buffer or Hootsuite is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting is considered a plus.
