The Anything Group LLC is a full-service digital, marketing, software development and provision, branding, website development and reputation agency, with a full in-house production and filming studio. TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds.
Mission & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Define the brand's social media vision, content pillars, tone of voice and editorial direction across all platforms.
- Lead content planning and oversee the execution of social media campaigns from concept to publication.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Community Managers, Content Creators and Marketing teams to deliver engaging social media content.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on audience insights, platform analytics and business KPIs.
- Identify emerging social media trends, platform updates and content opportunities to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Manage publishing schedules and ensure consistency across all social media channels.
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to internal teams and external creative partners.
- Oversee social media reporting and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Paid Media teams to align organic and paid social strategies.
- Support influencer partnerships, community initiatives and brand collaborations.
- Continuously improve social media processes, workflows and content performance through testing and innovation.
Personal & Professional skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Have 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing or Content Strategy.
- Demonstrate experience developing and executing successful organic social media strategies.
- Possess strong knowledge of major social media platforms, content formats and audience engagement strategies.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Possess strong analytical thinking with experience interpreting social media metrics and campaign performance.
- Be highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate creativity with a strong understanding of storytelling, branding and content marketing.
- Experience using social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later or Buffer is considered an advantage.
- Experience working with analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or Looker Studio is considered a plus.
