Mission & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Develop secure and efficient back-end services, APIs and business logic.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, optimize and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services when required.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and team processes.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Support application deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Personal & Professional skills

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Have 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Possess experience with Node.js and at least one additional back-end language such as Python or Java.
• Have experience working with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Demonstrate experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Possess experience working with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Be familiar with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Have experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform is considered an advantage.
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Be proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment.

Working conditions & Benefits

• Full-time, working from 9am – 5pm PST Monday to Friday.
• Remote work.
• 25 days of PTO per year.
