This role involves enabling seamless software delivery through robust CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure management, and automation, supporting microservices and event-driven architectures, and partnering with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient systems.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery.
• Manage and monitor cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services such as ECS Fargate, Lambda, RDS (PostgreSQL), S3, CloudFront, VPC, and ElastiCache to guarantee scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Support a microservices architecture, implementing event-driven communication with SQS and EventBridge.
• Automating operational processes through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Ensuring system security, compliance, and resilience through best practices, monitoring, and proactive troubleshooting.
• Monitoring application and infrastructure performance using observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus).
• Collaborating with developers, QA, and product teams to deliver stable, high-quality applications.
• Staying current with emerging DevOps, cloud, and automation trends to continuously improve processes.

Working conditions & Benefits

• Full-time, working from 9am – 5pm PST Monday to Friday.
• Remote work.
