Description

This role is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about uncovering trends, building reports, and helping businesses improve performance through data.


Mission & Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean and organize data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and business opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain and optimize dashboards, reports and data visualizations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of automated reporting processes and data models.
  • Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with company standards.
  • Present findings and performance reports to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality and analytical methodologies.


Personal & Professional skills

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.
  • Have 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Possess strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Have experience using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio.
  • Be comfortable working with HubSpot reporting and CRM data (preferred).
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is highly desirable.
  • Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Full-time, working from 9am – 5pm PST Monday to Friday.
