The Anything Group LLC is a full-service digital, marketing, software development and provision, branding, website development and reputation agency, with a full in-house production and filming studio. TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds.
Mission & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams, including Graphic Designers, Brand Designers, Copywriters, Video Editors, Motion Designers, Photographers, Videographers and Project Managers.
- Establish and maintain creative standards, design systems and quality assurance processes across all creative deliverables.
- Define and oversee the creative vision for branding, digital marketing, social media, advertising, web and multimedia projects.
- Collaborate with leadership and clients to translate business objectives into innovative creative strategies.
- Review, approve and provide direction on creative concepts, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate original ideas and campaign concepts.
- Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, print and video channels.
- Manage creative priorities, project timelines and resource allocation across multiple client accounts.
- Mentor, coach and develop creative team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous growth.
- Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines and business objectives.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, creative technologies and industry best practices.
- Drive innovation by identifying new creative processes, tools and technologies that improve efficiency and creative excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand Experience, Web Development and Client Services teams to deliver cohesive client experiences.
Personal & Professional skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred).
- Have 8+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction or a senior creative leadership role.
- Demonstrate experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams within agencies or fast-paced creative environments.
- Possess a strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, digital marketing and integrated campaign work.
- Demonstrate expertise in creative strategy, visual storytelling and brand development.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and modern creative collaboration tools.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership, coaching and team development abilities.
- Possess excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Be highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking with a strong understanding of both creative excellence and business objectives.
- Experience working with hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or technology brands is considered an advantage.
