The Anything Group LLC is a full-service digital, marketing, software development and provision, branding, website development and reputation agency, with a full in-house production and filming studio. TAG performs Emotive Engagement and Connection Marketing services across the hospitality, luxury brands and products, fashion, retail and streamed media worlds.
Mission & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow brand communities across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content aligned with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor community interactions, respond to comments, direct messages and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build authentic relationships with followers, customers, creators and brand advocates to foster long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Content Creators and Marketing teams to develop creative social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates and audience behavior to identify engagement opportunities.
- Track community sentiment and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience and brand perception.
- Support influencer collaborations, giveaways, partnerships and community-driven initiatives.
- Assist with content planning by contributing ideas for campaigns, seasonal content and engagement strategies.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare reports on audience growth, engagement and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase community engagement, reach and brand awareness through organic social media initiatives.
- Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines, tone of voice and company values.
Personal & Professional skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field (preferred).
- Have 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Demonstrate experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Possess excellent copywriting and written communication skills.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with online communities.
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Be creative, proactive and highly adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Have experience using social media scheduling and management platforms such as Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar tools.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting is considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is considered a plus.
