This role is responsible for leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance business performance across multiple functions, including Engineering, Marketing and Operations. The ideal candidate is innovative, analytical and passionate about applying AI technologies to solve business challenges, improve decision-making and drive productivity through intelligent automation.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Support Engineering, Marketing and Operations teams by applying AI solutions to improve business performance.
• Research, evaluate and implement AI tools to solve operational and business challenges.
• Develop effective prompts and AI-assisted workflows tailored to different business functions.
• Assist with content generation, documentation, reporting and business analysis using AI platforms.
• Support marketing initiatives through AI-powered content creation, campaign optimization and market research.
• Assist engineering teams with AI-assisted documentation, technical writing and productivity improvements.
• Analyze business data and generate actionable insights using AI-powered tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
• Create documentation, prompt libraries and best practices for AI usage across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence.
• Monitor AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, consistency and business relevance.
• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and recommend new tools that create value for the business.
• Support the responsible, secure and effective adoption of AI across different business areas.

Personal & Professional Skills

• Have 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Administration or a related field.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.
• Possess strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to optimize AI-generated outputs.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Be comfortable working across multiple business functions and adapting to different project requirements.
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
• Possess excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
• Be proactive, curious and passionate about emerging AI technologies.
• Have the ability to learn new platforms and technologies quickly.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make or n8n is considered an advantage.
• Experience with APIs, AI integrations or business intelligence tools is considered a plus.

Working conditions & Benefits

• Full-time, working from 9am – 5pm PST Monday to Friday.
• Remote work.
• 25 days of PTO per year.
