About The American Baby Company

The American Baby Company is building a new fertility clinic network designed to make high-quality IVF and egg freezing more affordable, transparent, and modern.

Infertility affects approximately one in six people globally, yet many patients who could benefit from treatment never receive it. Cost is one of the most significant barriers. Our mission is to expand access by redesigning fertility care around efficient clinical workflows, high-performing IVF laboratories, technology-enabled care, and an exceptional patient experience.

The company was co-founded by Dr. Paul Magarelli, a nationally recognized reproductive endocrinologist with more than 30 years of experience, and Van Spina, an entrepreneur with a background in finance and technology.

We are preparing to open our flagship clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida, with the long-term goal of building a national fertility care network.
