The American Baby Company is building a new fertility clinic network designed to make high-quality IVF and egg freezing more affordable, transparent, and modern.

Infertility affects roughly 1 in 6 couples, yet only a small percentage of patients who could benefit from treatment ever receive it. The primary barrier is cost. A typical IVF cycle in the United States can cost $25,000 or more, placing treatment out of reach for many families.

Our mission is to change that.

The American Baby Company is redesigning the fertility clinic model around efficient clinical workflows, high-performing IVF laboratories, and technology-enabled care. Our goal is to deliver high-quality fertility treatment at a dramatically more accessible price point, expanding access to care for many more families.

The company was co-founded by Dr. Paul Magarelli, a nationally recognized reproductive endocrinologist with more than 30 years of experience in reproductive medicine, and Van Spina, an entrepreneur with a background in finance, technology, and real estate development.

We are launching our first flagship clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida, with the long-term goal of building a national fertility clinic network.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Founding Fertility Nurse to join our first clinic and help build the clinical foundation of The American Baby Company.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced RN to develop deep expertise in fertility care while helping launch a new model of IVF and egg freezing from the ground up.

You will work closely with our reproductive endocrinologist, clinical fertility physicians, APPs, embryology laboratory, and operations team to support patients through fertility evaluation, IVF, egg freezing, and related treatment cycles.

This role is ideal for a nurse who loves patient education, thrives in a fast-moving clinical environment, and wants to be part of building a more accessible, modern, and patient-centered fertility platform.

What You’ll Do

As a Founding Fertility Nurse, you will play a central role in the patient journey.

Core responsibilities may include:

• Supporting patients through IVF, egg freezing, and related fertility treatment cycles
• Providing patient education on medications, injections, protocols, timelines, and next steps
• Coordinating cycle starts, monitoring visits, lab work, procedures, and follow-up care
• Communicating treatment instructions, lab results, and care updates in a clear and compassionate way
• Preparing and reviewing patient calendars, medication plans, and cycle instructions
• Supporting ultrasound monitoring visits and procedure-day workflows
• Collaborating closely with physicians, APPs, embryology, and administrative teams
• Triaging patient questions and escalating clinical issues appropriately
• Helping maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Supporting the development of clinical workflows, patient education materials, and care protocols
• Contributing to a culture of clinical excellence, safety, responsiveness, and exceptional patient experience

Training & Clinical Development

Prior fertility experience is strongly preferred but not required for an exceptional candidate with women’s health, OB/GYN, reproductive health, or high-touch outpatient clinical experience.

You will receive structured training and hands-on clinical development under the supervision of our clinical leadership team.

Your development may include:

• Fertility treatment workflows and cycle coordination
• IVF and egg freezing protocols
• Medication teaching and injection training
• Cycle monitoring and lab coordination
• Procedure preparation and recovery workflows
• Embryology and laboratory coordination
• Patient education and communication standards
• Protocol-based care pathways and escalation frameworks

Target Cash Compensation:

$85,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience
