The American Baby Company is building a new fertility clinic network designed to make high-quality IVF and egg freezing more affordable, transparent, and modern.

Infertility affects roughly 1 in 6 couples, yet only a small percentage of patients who could benefit from treatment ever receive it. The primary barrier is cost. A typical IVF cycle in the United States can cost $25,000 or more, placing treatment out of reach for many families.

Our mission is to change that.

The American Baby Company is redesigning the fertility clinic model around efficient clinical workflows, high-performing IVF laboratories, and technology-enabled care. Our goal is to deliver high-quality fertility treatment at a dramatically more accessible price point, expanding access to care for many more families.

The company was co-founded by Dr. Paul Magarelli, a nationally recognized reproductive endocrinologist with more than 30 years of experience in reproductive medicine, and Van Spina, an entrepreneur with a background in finance, technology, and real estate development.

We are launching our first flagship clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida, with the long-term goal of building a national fertility clinic network.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Founding Clinical Fertility APP — Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — to join our first clinic and help build the clinical foundation of the company.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced women’s health APP to develop deep expertise in fertility medicine while helping launch a new model of care from the ground up.

You will work closely with our reproductive endocrinologist, clinical fertility physicians, nursing team, and embryology laboratory to support patients through fertility evaluation, IVF, and egg freezing.

This role is ideal for someone who loves patient care, thrives in a fast-moving clinical environment, and wants to be part of building a more accessible and patient-centered fertility platform.

What You’ll Do

As a Founding Clinical Fertility APP, you will play a central role in the patient journey.

Core responsibilities may include:

• Conducting initial fertility history reviews and follow-up visits
• Supporting fertility evaluations, diagnostic workups, and treatment planning
• Performing or assisting with ultrasound monitoring, as appropriate based on training and scope
• Reviewing labs, imaging, and cycle progress with the physician team
• Supporting patients through IVF, egg freezing, and related fertility treatment cycles
• Educating patients on medications, protocols, timelines, and next steps
• Communicating results and treatment updates in a clear, compassionate way
• Coordinating closely with physicians, nurses, embryology, and administrative teams
• Helping develop clinical workflows, patient education materials, and care protocols
• Supporting a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and exceptional patient experience

Training & Clinical Development

Prior fertility experience is strongly preferred but not required for an exceptional candidate with women’s health, OB/GYN, reproductive health, or procedural clinical experience.

You will receive structured training and hands-on clinical development under the supervision of Dr. Paul Magarelli and our clinical leadership team.

Your development may include:

• Fertility evaluation and diagnostic workups
• Cycle monitoring and medication protocols
• Ultrasound-based follicle monitoring
• IVF and egg freezing patient education
• Lab and embryology coordination
• Protocol-based care pathways and escalation frameworks

Target Cash Compensation:

$125,000 - $155,000 annually (base plus performance incentives, commensurate with experience)
