The role

The Impact Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and evaluation of ACDC’s programs and operational initiatives. You will help keep programs organized, community-centered, measurable, and aligned with our mission and strategic priorities.

This role works across programming, communications, operations, and community engagement. The right person is organized, mission-driven, comfortable managing details, and excited to build strong relationships with community members, partners, and teammates.

What you’ll do

Program coordination and community impact

  • Support the planning and delivery of ACDC programs, workshops, community activations, and special initiatives.
  • Help coordinate small-business development and coaching, community engagement, civic participation, Main Street activities, educational workshops, leadership programs, and economic-mobility initiatives.
  • Coordinate program logistics, including schedules, registrations, participant communications, vendor coordination, and follow-up.
  • Monitor participant engagement and maintain accurate attendance, program, and outcome data.
  • Support outreach and relationship management with community members, small businesses, partners, and stakeholders.

Operations and administrative support

  • Coordinate internal meetings, project timelines, and cross-department communication.
  • Maintain administrative records for contracts, invoices, reports, vendors, and projects.
  • Coordinate program materials, presentations, community information, and communications updates.
  • Maintain organized digital files, reporting systems, and project-management tools.

Impact evaluation and reporting

  • Collect and organize data for grant reporting, impact reporting, and program evaluation.
  • Help prepare presentations, summaries, and reports for funders, partners, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop SWOT and ROI reports for ACDC events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Share ideas that improve program delivery, efficiency, participant experience, and community responsiveness.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, nonprofit management, communications, community development, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, nonprofit management, operations, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Experience with community-based organizations, small businesses, or economic-development initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project-coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and project-management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams and community partners.
  • Commitment to community empowerment, economic mobility, and mission-driven work.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Work environment

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Miami, Florida. Local travel within Miami-Dade County may be required for community events, meetings, and engagement activities.
