Thank you for your interest in Grace Church’s Youth Staff position. The main purpose of this role is to pastorally minister to the youth at Grace Church. We are seeking a leader who will help champion a culture of sincere youth discipleship through relational ministry, preaching God’s word, outreach in the community and adventures.
Description
We are excited to see a leader join our team who deeply loves Jesus, loves God’s word and loves youth. This leader must have a passion to join in on our discipleship model of ministry, where every kid is welcomed, known and brought closer to Jesus in the context of relationship. A spirit of humility and collaboration are necessary in our youth program as they work alongside a highly integrated staff team. Grace is seeking leaders who are passionate about their faith in Jesus Christ and committed to seeing the next generation develop a vibrant faith.
Two + years of comparable experience desired in:
- Effectively engaging with youth and young adults
- Making disciples of Jesus
- Partnering with multigenerational volunteer teams
- Empowering parents
- Executing details for events of over a hundred people
- Being on stage, public speaking and preaching
- Working collaboratively on a team and with community partnerships
Compensation package:
- Starting compensation package will vary based on experience.
- Annual wage range: $35,360 - $62,400.
