Location: 365 W 400 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

Pay: $8.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, including some evenings and weekends

What You'll Do

As a Dishwasher/Kitchen Prep Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting our chefs and kitchen staff by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting used dishes, cookware, and utensils from kitchen and dining areas
• Loading and unloading commercial dishwashing equipment
• Washing larger or delicate items by hand
• Keeping dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils stocked and organized
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen work areas, equipment, floors, and surfaces
• Removing trash and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen
• Monitoring dishwashing supplies and notifying management when restocking is needed
• Reporting equipment issues promptly
• Assisting with basic food preparation and storage as directed by the Chef
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Working safely, efficiently, and as part of a team

Food Safety Requirements

• Must have a valid Food Handler's Permit, or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Must immediately report any food safety concerns or violations
