What you’ll do
- Lead and scale the enterprise sales team, focusing on acquisition of key enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy, setting and meeting ambitious revenue targets
- Cultivate lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders, leveraging your network and expertise in the energy or tech sector
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to refine sales strategies and product offerings
- Be the voice of the customer internally, bringing market insights back into the organization to inform product development and strategy
Who we are looking for
- A proven sales leader with a track record of scaling enterprise sales teams and exceeding targets
- Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of closing six or seven-figure deals
- Deep understanding of the energy or tech sectors, and existing relationships with key decision-makers
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Tactical thinker with the capacity for long-term strategy planning
What you’ve done
- Minimum of 8 years in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrable experience in driving exponential revenue growth
- Strong acumen for analytics and performance metrics
- Proven ability to lead and mentor sales teams to success
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a bonus, but not essential
