What you’ll do

  • Act as an extension of the CEO, aiding in decision-making, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Take on a portfolio of special projects and ad-hoc analyses that support company-wide objectives
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure the CEO’s vision is understood and implemented
  • Help prepare materials for board meetings, investor relations, and internal communications
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare data-driven reports to track progress
  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive company information


Who we are looking for

  • A strategic thinker and excellent communicator with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Experience in project management, strategic planning, and execution
  • Ability to synthesize large sets of data into actionable insights
  • Adept at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong network within the tech industry, bonus if in the energy or climate tech sectors
  • The agility to switch between high-level strategy and nitty-gritty details without missing a beat


What you’ve done

  • Minimum of 5 years in a strategy or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and completing projects on time
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential

Salary

$125,000 - $175,000 per year
