Job Description

Title: Operations Associate Contractor (Flex Hours)

Assist Associate Manager with daily manufacturing and packaging responsibilities which include running the flat-bed cutter, weeding, packaging, order fulfillment, and quality control.

Work schedule will fall during operational hours, which are 9am - 5pm, M-F.

Must Haves:

• Problem-solving skills
• Works Independently but also well with a team
• Quick learner
• Works well with a manager
• Detail Oriented
• Someone who can work under pressure and through the chaos

Preferred (You’ll be a rockstar if you: )

• Are organized
• Tech-savvy (Adobe Products)
• Self Starter
• Understand Toyota Production System (TPS)
