Key Responsibilities

Operations & Scheduling

  • Review work orders for clarity, accuracy, and completeness
  • Assign projects to appropriate crew leaders
  • Structure and organize crews efficiently
  • Communicate scope, expectations, and timelines clearly
  • Identify and resolve gaps or inconsistencies before job start
  • Manage multiple active projects simultaneously


Vendor & Material Management

  • Order materials in alignment with project schedules
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Negotiate competitive pricing
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective material delivery


Financial Oversight

  • Track crew hours accurately
  • Approve hours for payroll processing
  • Input and maintain data for profit and loss reporting
  • Monitor project costs and margins


Team Leadership & Hiring

  • Hire and onboard new installers
  • Provide guidance and direction to crew leaders
  • Support field teams in solving operational challenges
  • Maintain high standards of performance and productivity


Client Communication

  • Address client concerns professionally and promptly
  • Conduct site revisits when necessary
  • Ensure projects meet quality and satisfaction standards


Problem Solving

  • Develop creative solutions to simple and complex field challenges
  • Proactively address operational inefficiencies
  • Maintain calm and decisive leadership under pressure


Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, insulation, or related field preferred
  • Proven dependability and strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Vendor negotiation experience
  • Understanding of job costing and financial tracking
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Independent decision-maker
  • Valid driver’s license
