The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to Tenicor and its departments by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Reports to the Director of Administration.
· Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
· Draft and format general administrative documentation
· Organize and maintain files and records
· Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
· Assist in event planning and coordination
· Support general office operations and maintain office amenities
· Ensure confidentiality of private communication and documents
· Provide general administrative support as directed
· Efficiently managed schedules and appointments
· Well-organized and accessible files and records
· Well-coordinated travel arrangements and events
· Accurate data entry and maintenance of records
· Timely completion of administrative tasks and projects
· Streamline office operations and well maintained amenities and supplies
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

· Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.)
