Location: Remote (Telehealth – Licensed in Multiple States)
Position Type: Contract (1099)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about providing high-quality, concierge-level mental health services to healthcare professionals. This contract position involves delivering evidence-based psychotherapy via a secure telehealth platform, with flexibility to accommodate patients’ scheduling needs.
This role is ideal for a clinician looking to expand their telehealth practice while contributing to an innovative, patient-centered mental health organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy (individual, couples, and/or coaching) to healthcare professionals and trainees through secure video, telephone, and messaging platforms.
- Apply evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, ACT, IPT, DBT, and other client-centered approaches.
- Offer flexible scheduling to meet patient needs, including evening and weekend availability as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in client care, as needed.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted LCSW license in one or more of the following states: (same list as original description—can be included or tailored to actual need).
- Experience: Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and secure, HIPAA-compliant communication tools.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and clinical documentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds, preferably in medical or academic settings.
- Experience in integrated care teams or clinician-focused mental health preferred.
- Excellent therapeutic rapport-building, assessment, and intervention skills.
- Ability to practice independently while upholding ethical and professional standards.

Compensation
- Independent Contractor Arrangement (1099)
- Competitive hourly rates (starting at $80 to $100 per hour)

Salary
$80 - $100 per hour
