TeleShift Staffing is hiring independent contractors to provide inbound customer support for top-tier U.S. brands. This 1099 remote position offers flexible scheduling and the freedom to work from home. Ideal candidates are professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, orders, billing, or technical issues
  • Follow client-specific scripts and procedures
  • Navigate multiple systems to resolve concerns quickly and accurately
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment
  • Meet performance and quality standards set by the client


Requirements:


  • Must reside in: AL, AK, AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WY
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
  • USB headset and compatible computer (Windows or Mac)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
