HVAC Installer – Full-Time

Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

TechPro Heating & Cooling is hiring a reliable and motivated HVAC Installer to support our installation team in San Carlos, CA. If you have HVAC or mechanical experience and want to grow with a professional company, this is a great opportunity.

Pay & Advancement

• Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 (based on experience)
• Evaluations: Every 3 months (quarterly)
• Raise Schedule: Eligible every 6 months
• Promotion Path: Installer → Lead Installer

Job Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, A/C units, mini splits, ductwork, and ventilation
• Assist Lead Installer and follow job plans and safety standards
• Load and unload tools and materials
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Use hand and power tools properly
• Help with system testing and start-up
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers

Requirements

• 1+ year of HVAC installation or construction experience preferred
• EPA Certification (preferred, not required to start)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
• Good attitude and team player
• Willing to learn and follow company standards
