What you'll do:
- Coach athletes in a safe, progressive, and encouraging way
- Support gymnasts as they train for competitions and personal growth
- Collaborate with other team coaches to create a consistent and motivating environment
- Uphold team values of hard work, discipline, and fun
What we're looking for
- Experience working with competitive gymnastics (any discipline is welcome)
- Strong technical knowledge and a desire to keep learning
- Ability to communicate well with athletes and parents
- A team-first attitude and a passion for athlete development
