Front Office & Marketing Assistant: Part Time (30-35 hours weekly)

About the Role
Technique Gymnastics is looking for a friendly, upbeat, and reliable Front Office Assistant to join our team.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 2-7 PM
- Friday- 9:30 AM -3:30 PM
and
- Occasional Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 4 PM
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every family with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Create memorable experiences that make every family feel welcome, valued, and excited to return.
- Answer phones and messages with exceptional customer service.
- Help prospective families find the right programs and enroll with confidence.
- Manage class registrations, payments, and member accounts.
- Keep the front office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
- Routinely check and clean lobby areas, bathrooms, and pro shop.
- Build relationships with families and look for opportunities to improve the member experience and help our business grow.
- Design flyers, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva or similar.
- Help promote classes, camps, clinics, parties, and special events.
- Assist with email marketing and other member communications.
- Support community events, open houses, and outreach opportunities.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to help grow Technique Gymnastics.
- Jump in where needed and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.

Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience working in a gymnastics, sports, fitness, childcare, or education environment.
- Experience with iClassPro or similar member management software.
