For 30 years, Technique Gymnastics has been providing skill instruction to students crawling to 18 in gymnastics, tumbling, acro gymnastics, trampoline, and Ninja gym in a positive, confidence-building atmosphere. We also have competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and acrobatic gymnastics teams for kids ages 6 to 18. We strictly adhere to all USA Gymnastics and US Center for Safesport Policies and their mission to provide a safe environment for youth sports.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic, organized, and creative individual to join our front office team. Someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes initiative, notices the little things, and loves creating positive, memorable experiences.

This is more than a traditional front desk position. You'll help welcome families, support daily operations, coordinate special events, and contribute to the marketing and social media efforts that share Technique's story with the community.

What You'll Do

Front Office & Family Experience

• Greet families, athletes, and visitors with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Create a welcoming environment where families feel comfortable asking questions and seeking assistance.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, assist with patience, good judgment, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with daily administrative tasks using our class management software.
• Work collaboratively with our front office and coaching teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Events & Special Activities

• Help coordinate and oversee birthday parties, special events, and other gym activities.
• Communicate with families and staff to ensure events are organized, welcoming, and enjoyable.
• Assist with event preparation, scheduling, supplies, and day-of-coordination.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and pay attention to the details that make an experience special.

Marketing & Social Media

• Assist with creating engaging social media content that highlights our athletes, coaches, programs, and events.
• Capture photos and short videos of gym activities for use in promotional materials.
• Help create social media posts, reels, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Support promotional campaigns, event announcements, and community outreach.
• Bring fresh ideas, creativity, and an eye for content that reflects Technique's personality and values.

• An interest in social media, photography, video, design, or marketing.
• Experience with Canva, social media content creation, photography, video editing, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, event coordination, youth programs, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Gymnastics experience is welcome but not required.

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time, on-site position with a combination of weekday and Saturday hours.

Saturday availability is required, including mornings and most afternoons for birthday parties and special events.

Weekday hours may include afternoon and evening shifts, along with some daytime hours for administrative work, events, and marketing projects.

Flexibility is important, as schedule may vary based on gym activities and events.

Compensation

$19-$21 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.

Performance and compensation will be reviewed following a 90-day introductory period.
