For 30 years, Technique Gymnastics has been providing skill instruction to students crawling to 18 in gymnastics, tumbling, acro gymnastics, trampoline, and Ninja gym in a positive, confidence-building atmosphere. We also have competitive gymnastics, trampoline & tumbling, and acrobatic gymnastics teams for kids ages 6 to 18. We strictly adhere to all USA Gymnastics and US Center for Safesport Policies and their mission to provide a safe environment for youth sports.

About Technique Gymnastics

Technique Gymnastics is a 38,000 sq ft gymnastics facility serving children ages crawling through 18. We offer recreational and competitive programs including artistic boys and girls gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, kindergarten gym, ninja gym, tumbling, and trampoline. We are growing and looking for someone to take ownership of our events and camps program.

Position Overview

This is a leadership-based, part-time role managing youth camps, field trips, birthday parties, and other events.

Must be available:

• Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (required)
• Tuesdays and Thursday: 3:30 PM-7:30 PM (required)
• Additional hours required during event days and seasonal camps

Who This Role is For

• You have experience working with kids (coaching, teaching, camps, childcare, etc)
• You have helped organize or run events, classes or programs
• You are reliable and can commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• You are comfortable leading staff and managing multiple responsibilities
• You enjoy being active, organized, and taking ownership of your work

What You'll Be Responsible For

Planning and managing

• Summer, spring break, and fall camps
• Birthday parties
• Field trips
• Recreational showcases
• Vendor fairs and special events

Coordinating schedules, supplies, and logistics

Promoting events through basic marketing (social media, flyers, outreach)

Scheduling and leading event staff

Overseeing all event-day operations

Communicating with families, staff, and vendors

Who We're Looking For

• Ability to lead and manage others
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Preferred:

• Experience in event coordination or program management
• Experience with marketing or promotions
• Background in gymnastics, fitness, or sports

Important

This is a structured role with consistent hours and responsibility for running programs. It it not a flexible or occassional position.
