Technique Gymnastics is seeking a dedicated team coach to join our Artistic Girls Team program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone serious about coaching who wants to grow their career in a supportive, well-established gym.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coaching gymnasts (Levels 2-5) during practices and meets
• Helping to build strong fundamentals and safe progression
• Giving consistent, constructive feedback to help athletes improve
• Collaborating with our coaching team and communicating with families
• Helping to maintain a positive, hardworking, and athlete-centered team culture

What We're Looking For:

• Knowledge of competitive girls' artistic gymnastics
• Strong technical skills
• Clear communication and a team-oriented mindset
