What’s This Role?

We are immediately hiring a virtual school-based OT for the 2025–2026 school year. Approximately 20 hours/week of student services are already secured through existing school contracts, and there may be opportunities to take on additional hours as we expand.


Your caseload will include a mix of direct treatment, IEP documentation, virtual meetings, and collaboration with school teams. All services are provided remotely via a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform.

Key Details

  • Role Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Hours: ~20 hours/week already secured, with flexibility to grow
  • Compensation: $55–$60/hour (includes direct and indirect time)
  • Location: Fully remote – must reside in the U.S. and hold a Georgia OT license


Who You Are

  • An experienced, self-motivated Occupational Therapist
  • Comfortable navigating IEPs and school-based documentation
  • Skilled at building relationships and delivering engaging therapy virtually
  • Passionate about improving access to care for underserved students


Must Haves

  • Georgia OT License (active)
  • School-based OT experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable internet and confidence using digital tools
