You will assist the Teammates team with marketing, primarily focused on writing copy, designing collateral, updating social, and managing our mailing list.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the following areas:

• Prepare and send our customer newsletter
• Draft and publish blog posts
• Regularly update social media; share content and engage in conversations
• Update our web copy, possibly create landing pages
• Create sales collateral and sales pitch decks
• Create sales and conference presentations
• Write help documentation
• Find speaking engagements for the CEO

We are a fast moving startup, so the exact tasks and priorities will vary week-to-week. 

Requirements

• Excitement and the ability to take on any of the above tasks 😉
• Experience using modern AI tools (writing assistants, image generation, etc) to work efficiently is a must
• A background in AI technology and AI agents is NOT required. For copywriting tasks, you can assume content will come from the Teammates team. But you should feel comfortable taking our rough drafts and turning them into compelling posts (including the company voice, images, SEO, etc) and then ensuring they are published effectively.

• Remote, US time zones preferred
• We estimate ~10 hours / week, but that will likely vary based on priorities each week. Applicants should be okay with a little ambiguity here.
