Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our innovative healthcare technology company focused on supporting family caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management with emphasis in healthcare sector, and a passion for creating solutions that improve caregiver outcomes. This role requires a hands-on approach, serving as a liaison among product design, development, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals, market needs, and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Drive product vision, strategy, and execution from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.

●      Collaborate with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and define product enhancements and new features.

●      Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful delivery.

●      Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions and innovation.

●      Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives and stakeholder needs.

●      Leverage data and analytics to monitor product performance and adoption, identifying opportunities for improvement.

●      Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories for the development team.

●      Engage with stakeholders and clients to communicate product vision, gather insights, and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

●      4+ years of proven experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare industry.

●      Strong understanding of AI applications in healthcare and familiarity with digital health platforms.

●      Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

●      Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

●      Experience with the full product lifecycle and agile development methodologies.

●      Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product decision-making.

●      Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

●      Academic or professional background in public health or other healthcare-related sectors is a plus.

●      Experience with AI-driven product development, information security (e.g., SOC 2), and healthcare compliance and data privacy standards such as HIPAA, FHIR, CCPA, and GDPR
