Position Overview

The purpose of this role is to ensure the secure and efficient operation of TCARE’s IT infrastructure and digital systems while maintaining compliance with regulatory and industry standards. This position oversees both cybersecurity and IT administration, including network and application security, vulnerability management, employee training, and incident monitoring. Additionally, the role is responsible for managing and supporting various cloud technologies, software platforms, and office systems, while also administering physical security tools such as access control and surveillance systems. The position plays a key part in software expense tracking and ensuring proper financial documentation for IT-related expenditures.


Responsibilities


Compliance Management

·      Collaborate with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure secure software development and operational practices, as well as adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA).

·      Oversee network security, application, and infrastructure vulnerability management using the appropriate tools, technologies, and procedures.

·      Provide information security training to employees and increase awareness through phishing simulations.

·      Review production system logs to identify potential security incidents.


IT Administration and Tech Support

·      Manage and support the cloud technologies used by TCARE, including office software, CRM systems, customer engagement platforms, cloud calling software, scheduling tools, and other related applications.

·      Administer building network infrastructure, access control systems, and CCTV surveillance systems.

·      Manage software expense tracking, including overseeing billing processes and ensuring the accounting team receives all necessary details for proper documentation.


Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering/IT administration and information security compliance.

·      Strong understanding of SOC2, HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR compliance standards.

·      Proficiency in network monitoring, application and infrastructure vulnerability management tools

·      Familiarity with phishing simulation tools and information security training platforms.

·      Excellent organizational and communication skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The IT & InfoSec Engineer will report to TCARE’s CTO and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Analytics, Operations, and Sales.
