The Processing Associate position is responsible for allocating necessary resources to ensure that all orders in our system can be fulfilled in an efficient manner. This includes but is not limited to inventory purchasing, production scheduling, internal/external communication, and more.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review orders that come into our system and take action to record necessary order details, schedule production, allocate inventory and more
  • Evaluate the supply chain process to provide feedback on how to increase efficiency
  • Assist management in other areas when needed (order fulfillment, production, inventory management, etc.)
  • Assist with aspects of customer service

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Works very well with basic computer programs, tech friendly (Proficient in Microsoft, Google tools, etc.)
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Communication skills
  • Driver's license
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service skills

Preferred:

· Associate or bachelor’s degree
