We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Digital Community Specialist to lead our brand presence across social media, digital campaigns, and community engagement channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build authentic online communities, create high-performing content, and drive measurable growth through digital marketing initiatives.
You will utilize social media platforms to develop engaging content that educates and converts, and create campaigns that build awareness, trust, and inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Community Engagement (75%)
- Personality, creativity, and community engagement
- Growing social audiences and increasing engagement
- Short-form video, reels, filming, and editing
- Content creation for both social platforms and the TBS Community app
- Managing discussions, engagement, and activity within the Community app
- Building relationships with doctors and community members
- Organic lead generation through content and community
- Collaborate with clinicians, Key Opinion Leaders, and cross-functional teams to produce authentic, high-impact content
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management (25%)
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing, Social SEO, display advertising, and paid campaigns
- Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Utilize digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot to maximize reach and support D2C marketing initiatives
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for improved search engine performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns,
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and optimize results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and executing successful online campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Experience building and engaging online communities across social platforms
- Strong content creation skills including short-form video, graphics, and copywriting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with graphic contents with blood, tissue or Oral surgery

Pay range-60k –70K (negotiable)
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
