We are a fast-growing, family-owned company. We install flooring in mostly new construction, single-family homes in and around the Weatherford-Fort Worth-Godley area. We are seeking an Estimator with design experience to join our team! You will assist Account Managers with preparation and management of their projects. You will also work in our showroom with builders and homeowners to make selections and designs for their flooring and tile.

Responsibilities:

• Enter estimates for projects
• Enter purchase orders for projects
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist Account Manager as needed
• Lead design appointments with builders/homeowners
• Enter B2B imports
• Answer phones and manage walk-ins
• Hours 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Bilingual preferred (Spanish & English)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office platforms
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• High school diploma

Additional Qualifications of Benefit:

• Previous experience in flooring installation/estimating (tile, wood, carpet, etc)
• Familiarity with Floor Manager software
• College degree
