As the playing field in the real estate industry is ever changing so is our firm. In order to stay on pace we are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to facilitate our residential real estate closings. All training necessary for success will be provided. Newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Duties:

• Reviewing loan documents for closing
• Facilitating closing in person and virtually
• Explaining loan documents to our buyers.
• Draft and review legal documents including real estate contracts, easements, etc.
• Advise clients on loan documents and legal issues that may arise.
• Completing final title opinions following each transaction.
• Resolving title issues that arise through the title searching process

Qualifications:

• Admitted to the North Carolina state bar and in good standing.
• 0- 2 years experience
• Strong attention to detail analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
