What You’ll Do

  • Client Delivery Support: Manage the creation and delivery of presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials. Handle all pre- and post-meeting follow-ups for clients to ensure smooth communication and execution of deliverables.
  • Client Engagement Support: Proactively manage and execute all client interactions to enhance their experience, including gathering feedback, adjusting services to meet evolving needs, and documenting and celebrating key client milestones.
  • Client Project Execution: Ensure the quality execution of all client work plans by supporting project timelines and deliverables. Assist in maintaining the infrastructure needed to support multiple projects and deliverables across all stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into comprehensive client reports and dashboards, highlighting trends, actionable recommendations, and ongoing insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and client services, implementing enhancements that drive efficiency and elevate the client experience.


Qualifications You’ll Need to Demonstrate

  • Direct experience working in a B2B consulting environment and a client-facing role is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project execution, task management, and implementation planning skills.
  • Effectively present information in strong written and oral form to multiple internal team members, clients, and/or external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking, exceptional interpersonal skills, heightened awareness of organizational impact, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive outlook
  • Ability to quickly orient to new assignments and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Sound decision-making ability using judgment and ingenuity while keeping brand protection at the forefront.
  • Ability to practice cultural humility with colleagues inside and outside of the organization and operate in a multicultural environment.
  • Polished, professional, and effective presentation skills for all audiences and levels within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to confidently admit mistakes and ask for help.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Our Compensation and Total Benefits Package


This role is designed for 28 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm CST). Please note that all candidates must be available to work within the hours noted, including being available for client calls and virtual meetings.


Our Interview Process

It’s important to us that we share a transparent view of our interview process for all candidates, including any referral candidates that are submitted to us. We remain committed to notifying all candidates of their status at each stage, including if they are not selected to move to the next stage. Our typical interview process takes approximately 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on schedules:


  • Resume Submission Review: We screen all applicant resumes and will invite qualified candidates to move forward to our first round of interviews.
  • First Round, Video Interview: In our first round of interviews, candidates will engage in a virtual interview with key members of the Tayden Impact team. 
  • Second Round, Interview with CEO: Our top candidates who have moved to the second round will be invited to a virtual interview with our CEO.
  • Final Round, Reference Checks: We complete reference checks at the same time as final round interviews are being conducted so that we can make a final decision quickly after interviews are completed.

We are a fully remote team with a continued commitment to creating a flexible workplace strategy that supports our team's evolving needs. We expect team members to be able to work Monday through Friday in the EST, CST, or PST time zone and be available during our standard business hours of 8am-5pm CST.
