Taste Project Marketing Coordinator Arlington, TX · Full time

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for general marketing activities including events, promotions, public relations, etc., in alignment with the organizations’ mission, vision, and values.


Feed, Educate, and Serve:  

  • Have a full understanding of the mission and vision of Taste Project.  
  • Educate guests and volunteers on the mission and vision of Taste Project.  
  • Promote the organization and organizational events.  
  • Execute our policies and procedures so everyone can equally participate and enjoy our programs.  
  • Build a culture of personal value and appreciation of all our guests and volunteers.  
  • Interact with guests and volunteers to promote inclusion and a sense of belonging.  

Specific Responsibilities include: 

  • Organize events and activities to drive awareness and increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to drive unified communications. 
  • Collateral development to support events and activities.
  • Report on performance metrics of each activity. 
  • Use marketing activities to meet specific fundraising goals.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • A solid understanding of the role of marketing in business. 
  • Marketing strategy development and execution. 
  • Strong metric reporting skills to demonstrate activity and effectiveness. 
  • Professional experience to critical issues affecting the non-profit sector. 


Basic Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate junior or senior, or graduate student studying business, communications, public relations, advertising, or journalism or equivalent work experience.   
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 
  • Proficient in AP Style 
  • Familiar with social and digital platforms (Facebook, twitter, YouTube, etc.) 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
