Title: Recruiter
Department: People Operations
Reports to: People Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Summary:
Tarpon Health is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across our corporate, technical, and operations teams. This is a hands-on role where you will own the hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance, partnering closely with hiring managers to find and bring in the right people.
As we grow our teams across AI, automation, and revenue cycle, the quality of our recruiting directly shapes what Tarpon can build and deliver. You will source and engage candidates across a wide range of disciplines, many of them specialized, and you will help ensure that every candidate has a clear, well-organized experience throughout the process.
This role suits a recruiter who is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing a full requisition load without losing track of the details. You take ownership of your searches, build real relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and bring a practical, process-minded approach to getting roles filled well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, accurate job postings that give candidates an honest picture of the role and the company.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions simultaneously — from intake through offer acceptance — partnering with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies for each role.
- Source and build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms, for both current openings and anticipated future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate the interview process end-to-end, collecting feedback and keeping candidates informed at every step.
- Track and maintain accurate recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping requisitions and candidate records current and reporting dashboards up to date.
- Support offer preparation and coordinate with hiring managers and People Operations Manager to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.
- Partner with leadership to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring metrics, staying current on recruiting trends and sourcing best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
- Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or corporate roles.
- Strong sourcing skills, with demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms to find and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions without losing detail or momentum.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for engineering, AI, or revenue cycle management roles.
- Experience supporting a startup or high-growth organization.
