About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, highly organized Email & SMS Marketing Project Manager to support our lead strategists in delivering seamless, high-quality retention campaigns across multiple client accounts. You’ll be the operational engine behind our client work, keeping projects on track, communication clear, and every touchpoint executed with intention.

We believe every touchpoint should feel like a conversation, not a promotion. Your job is to make sure that vision is executed flawlessly, from first draft to final send.

What You’ll Do

Project & Task Management

  • Own day-to-day project management in monday.com — maintaining task statuses, deadlines, and campaign timelines across multiple client accounts
  • Proactively flag blockers, missing assets, or timeline risks before they become problems
  • Coordinate asset and imagery requests, following up with clients as needed to keep campaigns moving
  • Support the lead strategist by managing the operational details so strategy stays front and center

Client Communication

  • Serve as a responsive, professional day-to-day point of contact for clients in their dedicated Slack channels, email, and Figma comments
  • Relay feedback, approvals, and open questions between clients and the internal team
  • Communicate in a way that reflects our values — personal, consistent, and never transactional
  • Keep clients informed of campaign status so nothing comes as a surprise

Email Setup & QA

  • Upload and configure email templates in Klaviyo across client accounts, setting up campaigns for client preview
  • QA emails for formatting accuracy, link integrity, and mobile rendering before any preview is sent
  • Apply subject lines, preview text, send settings, and segment selections per strategist direction
  • Assist with basic flow setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting as directed

SMS Setup & Coordination

  • Build and schedule SMS messages in Klaviyo or other SMS platforms (e.g. Postscript, Attentive) per strategist direction
  • Ensure messages are correctly segmented, compliantly formatted, and on-brand

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience — you know your way around the platform, not just the theory
  • Proficiency with monday.com or a comparable project management tool
  • Comfortable using Slack as a professional, client-facing communication channel
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail — you catch errors before clients do
  • Able to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously without losing context or quality
  • A proactive communicator who surfaces issues early and keeps everyone in the loop
  • Background in email and/or SMS marketing; agency or DTC experience strongly preferred
  • Aligned with our philosophy: every touchpoint should feel intentional, not promotional

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SMS platforms beyond Klaviyo (Postscript, Attentive, etc.)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
  • Exposure to lifecycle marketing concepts: segmentation, LTV, winback flows, welcome series


Salary

$30 - $35 per hour
