Tandy Therapy is always looking for passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing pediatric therapy team on a PRN, contract, remote, or flexible basis. These opportunities are ideal for therapists who are looking for flexibility, want to supplement their current schedule, enjoy working with children, or are interested in providing pediatric therapy without committing to a traditional full-time position. Our therapists work with children and families across Idaho and Washington, providing individualized therapy services designed to help children develop functional skills and reach their goals.

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled, individualized therapy services to pediatric clients.
- Develop positive relationships with children and their families.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the therapy team.
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Participate in care coordination and communication with other professionals as appropriate.
- Provide services in accordance with professional standards, licensing requirements, and individualized plans of care.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for the children and families we serve.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for therapists who are:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state(s) where services will be provided.
- Experienced or interested in working with pediatric clients.
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated.
- Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a team.
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining communication with the broader therapy team.
- Flexible and interested in non-traditional or part-time therapy opportunities.
- Passionate about helping children and supporting families.
