POSITION:
In-Clinic role providing pediatric therapy services
Full-time position dedicated to pediatric care
SCHEDULE:
40 hours per week

COMPENSATION:
Competitive pay based on experience and expertise
$35-$47/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Tandy Therapy LLC is seeking an in-person OT for our Post Falls, ID clinic. Immediate positions available. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Idaho.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct screenings, assessments, and therapy sessions for pediatric clients and students, both in-person and potentially through telepractice as needed.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Active Idaho Occupational Therapy License required
Graduate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
SKILLS:
Ability to work autonomously
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in computer skills
Ability to build relationships with team members and leadership
Collaborative team player
Experience interacting with diverse communities
Insurance company credentials a plus

Interest in ongoing professional development and growth
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Successful candidates must pass pre-employment background screening. Additional requirements may vary based on placement and will be discussed directly with candidates.

Monday to Friday
No weekends
